The Galveston and Texas History Center
Announces Its New Website!                 

From September 2001 to September 2002, the staff of the Galveston and Texas History Center has been working on improving and expanding its internet presence. We have added photographs for the many different online exhibits as well as information needed by our researchers to properly use and request copies from our repository.

We have also benefited from the expertise of different individuals through this period to work out the kinks and bring about the website you see here.

It is our fond hope that you will visit often and frequently to see what new items have been added to the site.
